- All updates are optional. If you are comfortable with your current version and don't need an update, we won't force it upon you. You can continue with your current tensile specimen preparation without interruption.
- We will contact you with available updates. That way you can look it over and decide if it will work for you. We strive to add useful information to your library. We also want TensileMill CNC to improve on ease of usage. Our updates and expansion packs offer both of those without erasing the data you've already stored in your program.
- Updates are done remotely. We do not need to visit your site. Simply contact us when you are ready to update your program. We will set up a time that is convenient for you. Our professionals will connect to your system and make sure that everything is in order. We do not want to interrupt your work. We want to make it easier.
