What DIN 51222 Covers

Why Low-Energy Machines Need Special Attention

At 50 J and below, the same absolute error in energy loss represents a larger relative error in the result. DIN 51222 tightens the verification of pendulum geometry, bearing friction, and the energy-indicating system so that low-energy impact data stays reliable.
