The TensileTurn CNC – Round Specimen Preparation System has evolved into the newly upgraded Classic Upgrade Model, a robust and compact CNC lathe engineered to meet advanced tensile sample preparation needs with precision and ease. Designed to handle specimens up to 1.5” (45mm) thick and capable of processing material up to 55 HRC, this upgraded system accommodates up to three stacked samples using our high-performance triple clamping fixture.

Powered by our intuitive TensileSoft™ 2.0 interface and enhanced Controller 15” controller, operators – regardless of machining experience – can effortlessly prepare both round and flat tensile specimens, as well as impact samples, with industry-leading accuracy. Users can select from a wide range of pre-loaded standards (ASTM, ISO, DIN, etc.) or enter custom dimensions using the touchscreen keypad. With its seamless setup and easy operation, the Classic Upgrade Model eliminates the need for multiple machines, significantly enhancing lab efficiency and delivering consistently high-quality results.
