Client Value Program Terms
Status: these program terms are being finalized. The summary below describes how the TensileMill CNC Client Value Program works today. It will be replaced by the final terms once they have been approved by management, accounting and legal review. Nothing on this page creates a binding commitment until the final terms are published.
Participation
Registration is the only participation requirement. No prior purchase history, equipment record or manual client verification is required. You may register even if your company name or contact information differs from existing TensileMill CNC records. You must be authorized to purchase on behalf of the company you register.
What you purchase
A Client Value Card is prepaid account value, not a discount on the card itself. You pay a fixed amount and the card is issued with a higher total buying power, which includes the bonus value.
- Silver: you pay $500 and receive $525 in total buying power.
- Gold: you pay $1,000 and receive $1,100 in total buying power.
- Platinum: you pay $1,500 and receive $1,725 in total buying power.
All amounts are in United States dollars.
Using your value
- Each purchase issues a unique, non public redemption code tied to your registered account.
- The code is applied during checkout on eligible online purchases, including spare parts, consumables, fixtures and grips, and components.
- Partial redemption is supported. If your order is smaller than your balance, the remaining value stays on the card for future eligible purchases.
- If your order exceeds your remaining value, the card covers what it can and you pay the difference with an accepted payment method.
- Your current balance is visible in your account under My Client Value Cards.
Complete machines and turnkey systems are quoted individually and are not purchased online, so Client Value Card value does not apply to them.
Cancellations and refunds
If an order paid with a Client Value Card is cancelled or refunded, the redeemed value is returned to the card and any amount paid by another method is returned to that method.
Still under review
The following points are being confirmed by management, accounting and legal review and will be stated explicitly in the final terms:
- The full list of eligible products and services, including whether freight, taxes, calibration, installation or custom equipment may be paid with card value.
- Expiration treatment for paid value and bonus value, and compliance with applicable gift card and stored value requirements.
- Refundability, cancellation, transferability, resale, and replacement of lost or compromised codes.
- Whether card value can be combined with quotations, contract pricing, distributor pricing, discounts, coupons or other promotions.
- Geographic availability, tax treatment, revenue recognition and accounting reconciliation.
- Treatment of remaining balances when a contact leaves or changes the registered organization.
- Minimum and maximum purchase quantities, approval limits and controls for unusually large or repeated purchases.
