What is the TensileMill CNC Client Value Program?
It is a registration based purchasing program. You buy a fixed amount of account value in advance and receive additional buying power for eligible future purchases such as spare parts, consumables, fixtures and service items.
Is the Client Value Card a discount?
No. You are not receiving a price discount on the card itself. You purchase a fixed amount of account credit and receive additional buying power on top of it. For example, a Silver card costs $500 and carries $525 in buying power.
Do I need to be an existing TensileMill CNC customer to register?
No. Registration is the only participation requirement. No prior purchase history, equipment record or manual client verification is needed. You may register even if your company name or contact information differs from our existing records.
How long does registration take?
Registration is immediate. Once you submit the form your account is created automatically, with no manual review or internal approval. You receive your sign in details by email and can purchase a card as soon as you sign in.
What can I buy with my Client Value Card?
Card value applies to eligible online purchases, including spare parts, consumables, fixtures and grips, and components. The complete list of eligible products and services is confirmed in the program terms.
Can I use a Client Value Card to buy a complete machine?
No. Complete machines and turnkey systems are quoted individually and are not purchased online, so card value does not apply to them. For machines, request a personal quote and our team will prepare a custom estimate.
What happens if my order is smaller than my card balance?
The order is paid from your card and the remaining value stays available for future eligible purchases. Partial redemption is fully supported.
What happens if my order costs more than my remaining balance?
The card covers what it can and you pay the difference with an accepted payment method during checkout.
Where can I see my remaining balance?
Sign in to your account and open My Client Value Cards. You will see the original value issued, the amount used and the balance remaining on each card.
What happens to my balance if an order is cancelled or refunded?
The value redeemed from the card is returned to the card, and any amount paid by another method is returned to that method.
