Why clients choose TensileMill

Application proof, approachable operation and dedicated preparation capacity.

1

TensileSoft puts preparation within your team’s reach

Operators without prior CNC machining experience can learn supported tensile specimen preparation workflows through focused, application-specific training. TensileSoft guides setup and toolpath generation to help the team prepare accurate, repeatable specimens with less dependence on routine CNC programming.

For suitable applications, operators can learn the core workflow within a few hours of training. Training time and achieved results depend on the application, operator, tooling, setup and verification of the finished specimens.

2

Prove your application before committing

Evaluate representative material against agreed specimen requirements. Review the proposed tooling, fixtures, preparation workflow and finished specimens so your team can assess application fit before the order.

3

Give QC control without competing with production

Dedicated preparation capacity helps QC manage priorities without waiting for shared production machines or outside preparation queues. Production teams can stay focused on their own work, with fewer scheduling conflicts between departments.

Proof-of-concept scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for the application. Capabilities depend on the selected equipment, configuration and operating procedures.

Your next step

Share your material, specimen drawings or standards, preparation and testing needs, expected volume and target timeline. Your consultant will prepare a tailored solution proposal and, where applicable, a proof of concept on representative material.
